Octavio Sotomayor Echenique

Octavio Sotomayor Echenique graduated from the Faculty of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences of the University of Chile, with a degree in Agricultural Engineering and obtained a Masters in Economic Sciences at AgroParisTech (France). He has been National Director of the Office of Agricultural Studies and Policies and National Director of the Institute of Agricultural Development. He currently works as an Economic Affairs Officer at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean.
