Africa Food Bank Incubator Conference 2021

The Global FoodBanking Network (GFN) is delighted to convene this Africa Food Bank Incubator Conference 2021. GFN launched the Incubator program with the express goal of accelerating the development of food banks in Africa. Despite so many challenges in 2020, all six food banks in this cohort have grown remarkably.

It is very nearly two years since this cohort of food bankers gathered in Cape Town, South Africa. Although it is a great shame that we are not able to all gather in-person at this time, we hope that this virtual conference will provide valuable training, idea sharing, and help foster a sense of shared purpose and community amongst the African food banks.
