Beatriz Rivas is VP of People & Culture and Country Manager for Mexico, CAM & El Caribe at GOintegro, the leading Employee Experience platform in Latin America, used by more than 500 companies representing 1 million employees. She has more than 15 years of experience in Latin America, developing and implementing corporate affairs strategies that drive business results through clear brand positioning.
Prior to GOintegro, she worked for more than 2 years as VP of Corporate Affairs at Great Place to Work México. In addition, she has held different positions in important multinationals such as Nestlé (Manager of Public Affairs), Sodexo (Manager of Communications and Brand), Zurich (Head of Marketing & Communications) and Atento (Regional Manager of Internal Communication, CSR and Organizational Climate for Mexico and CAM).
With extensive experience in corporate and institutional communications, she has developed and implemented successful strategies for increasing levels of trust in organizations (internal and external), in order to transform them into the business ally par excellence. Specialized as a consultant for human capital processes, strategic communications, corporate governance and CSR, she has managed to position herself as an institutional and media spokesperson for multiple organizations, being recognized as one of the 100 most influential women in Marketing in Mexico by Marketing 2.0 Magazine, editions 2017 and 2018.
