The clients you serve are part of the food bank ecosystem. Product donors trust that food banks ensure their product goes to people who need the food and will handle it safely and responsible. Therefore, any misuse of product by a beneficiary can have serious consequences for the food bank.
In this session you will hear why managing your beneficiaries is so important. You will also be provided with a clear process for how to achieve this goal.
