Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Workshop

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are essential for tracking the performance and impact of your food bank. Many important stakeholders, including donors, require regular updates on progress against KPIs. Therefore, it is important that as you grow, you implement robust processes and procedures to routinely capture KPI data.

This workshop will emphasize why KPIs are so important and then focus on one of the most important – people served. Different methods for collecting this important dataset will be presented. You will have an opportunity to raise any challenges you may have with gathering this metric.
