Asia Incubator – Project Management Workshop
Any organization is always juggling multiple projects. This is especially true for growing food banks where you might be moving into a new warehouse facility and implementing new processes, expanding your product sourcing capability, running fundraising campaigns, and launching a school feeding program – all at the same time. Using project management techniques will enable you to successfully plan, coordinate, and deliver all these multiple projects. Without effective project management you run the risk of tasks being forgotten, effort being duplicated, and ultimately projects taking more time, or costing more money.
This interactive workshop will explain a basic methodology for project management and how you can implement it quickly and easily at your food bank. In addition, basic tools and templates will be presented and made available for you to use in your own work.
This webinar is tailored specifically for food banks in the Asia Incubator Program. Anyone who works on projects is encouraged to attend, especially anyone responsible for tracking progress against GFN grants. Please click on the blue button to register.
